We booked this hotel for our first visit to Andorra. We travelled by car with our two small dogs (the hotel accepts dogs). The hotel was relatively easy to find. It has very limited car parking underneath accessed by a steep narrow lane. I wouldn't recommend accessing this in a big car. Instead parking is in the multi-story diagonally opposite (above a nice shopping store). The hotel will stamp your ticket so you get their rate of €18 per 24 hours. You take the stamped ticket to the booth on the 5th floor of the car park before exiting. The car park has multiple lifts. The hotel was great value for money. The receptionist was very helpful. The room was quite large with twin beds, big sofa-bed and wardrobe. The hotel in general, and our room was very clean and tidy. We had room 306 on the front of the hotel. We did not hear other guests but there was some noise from the road outside but nothing too disturbing. Breakfast was included and was very acceptable. Lots of choice, good coffee machine, food was frequently refreshed. The hotel location was ideal for accessing everything. The Central Park (a grassy central space) was a 5 minute walk away & was great for taking our dogs to for a stroll. The tourist information office is very helpful. Shopping was pretty extensive. The food in the supermarket inside the car park building was top quality. Buying alcohol was great at duty-free prices. We got ours from the LeClerc store in the town centre. Prices were very low! I would be very wary of the numerous electronic shops unless you have researched what you want at what price beforehand! Local restaurants were good, in particular the nearby "Ximi". The bar-restaurant directly opposite was also good for lunchtime tapas (the black-pudding in particular). At the price we paid, and given the cleanliness and location this is a very good hotel that I would recommend. Las instalaciones y habitaciones son adecuadas en relacion calidad precio, quizas el mobiliario podria ser mas nuevo. Eso sí, nos llevamos un buen trato por parte de todo el personal, en especial el del servicio del restaurante. Agradecer la atencion de un camarero en especial (calvo), no le preguntamos el nombre, muy profesional. Desayunos y cenas, que es lo que hicimos, abundantes y buenos. Limpieza tanto en la habitación como en el resto del hotel perfecta. Localización céntrica. Preguntamos por el parking del hotel pero no había sitio. Muy cerca de allí hay un parktng. Hacen un descuento por estar hospedados en el hotel de L'isard. Si tengo que poner un pero es respecto a alguna persona de la recepción, si sonrieran un poco sería mucho mas agradable. Por lo demás muy bien. Volvería. Parfait. Rien à dire . Peut etre en tant que Français un peu de pain frais au petit déjeuner . Changement de chambre impeccable car 1 ere nuit lit double en couple , mais 2 ème chambre parfaite .
